Welcome students to Department of Food Science, Taipei College of Maritime Technology.  The teaching goals are to develop new food products, improve food quality and inspect food safety of existing food products. In addition to employing new faculty, upgrading teaching facilities, and elevating teaching quality, our department plans actively to establish the graduate school for food science and marketing.
